TOWN OF PENETANGUISHENE NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT BUDGETS In accordance with Section 290 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and Town of Penetanguishene Notice Provision By-law, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene intends to adopt its 2010 General Operating and Capital Budgets at their meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Penetanguishene Townhall, 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene. The budgets may be approved in whole or in part at this meeting or any subsequent Council meeting. If the matter is considered at a subsequent Council meeting, no additional notice will be given unless Council directs otherwise. A complete copy of the draft proposed Town of Penetanguishene 2010 General Operating and Capital Budgets is available for public viewing at the Town of Penetanguishene Townhall and on the Town’s website at www.penetanguishene.ca.

Any written submissions for Council consideration in relation to the 2010 Budgets must be received by the Clerk’s Office not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 18, 2010.
