NOTICE OF PROPOSED

AMENDMENTS TO MUNICIPAL FEES

The Council of the Town of Penetanguishene will consider amendments to its Composite Fee Schedule (By-law 2008-42, as amended) at their meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Penetanguishene Townhall, 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene.

Amendments are being considered for each of the following:

- Fees related to the use and operation of recreational facilities/properties

- Fees related to recreational programs and/or swimming
